About the role:
Responsible for order placement, orderbook management, stock allocation, logistics and distribution, VAS (value added service) requirements, reporting and customer communications. Process cancellations, credits, debits, returns of non-faulty goods, VAS and Distribution Centre (DC) requirements. Identify potential problems and solutions required to manage Customer OTIF (on time in full deliveries). Customer & Commercial engagement, working closely with our key Partners in your portfolio. Ability to interrogate and source information from SAP. About you
Previous experience in a Customer Operations Executive or Customer Representative role Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Ability to multitask and prioritise workflow. SAP experience desirable. Knowledge of SAP would be desirable however full training will be given.
