Are you an empathetic and skilled Registered Nurse with a desire for a leadership role in a Clinical Research project based in Northwich?

Excitingly, we're offering a fantastic opportunity for a committed Nurse at GP World, targeting those at Band 5/6 level or above. This unique opening is for a Nurse Delivery Lead in Northwich, providing flexibility with both full-time and part-time hours. Immediate commencement is available for this locum role.

In this crucial position, you will lead the daily efforts to deliver exceptional quality care, ensuring the achievement of all clinical governance and compliance targets. Your expertise in Phlebotomy will be a valuable asset as you actively contribute to a significant clinical research project, with the aim of creating a lasting impact on healthcare outcomes in the Northwest.

Requirements

  • NMC Registration
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Relevant experience as Lead Nurse
  • Responsible for the provision of clinical leadership
  • Responsible for staff attendance and scheduling
  • First point of escalation for operational queries

Desired skills encompass independence, effective decision making, strong communication abilities (including delivering difficult news), efficient time management, and knowledge of risk management, job planning, and appraisal review processes.
