What You Will Do
Embark on an exhilarating journey to drive new service growth, focusing on fire and safety equipment services and product supply within the Commercial Marine sector. Engage with both new and existing key accounts throughout the UK to cross-sell a range of cutting-edge products and services, including CAFS, Water mist, Detection, and HVAC systems.

How You Will Do It
Lead the execution of your Go-To-Market strategy using enterprise tools and value selling concepts. Continuously adapt your sales strategy based on key findings, ensuring effective adoption of company systems, tools, and pricing policies. Blend field activity with industry networking to capitalize on every opportunity.
Leverage for efficient lead management and collaborate with our Marketing function to tailor customer campaigns.
To Be Successful in This Role You Will
- Manage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Build business development strategies for enhanced sales opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and new developments.
- Lead the complete sales process from opportunity identification to closure.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline for meeting installation order booking requirements.
- Drive sales performance using Salesforce.
- Contribute to growth initiatives in Commercial Marine and Oil & Gas sectors.
- Strive for continuous improvement and effective bid management.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in field sales and relationship selling.
- Familiarity with or other CRM system - Training is provided.
- Existing experience and client base in Commercial Marine and/or Oil, Gas & Marine or adjacent markets.
- Proven track record of selling technical service solutions.
- Ability to present technical and commercial information.
- Autonomous yet a proactive team player.
- Resourceful with excellent customer engagement skills.
- Proven track record of achieving results.
