Description

The role Employment Paralegal (Disputes)

  • Support with progressing cases from initiation to completion.
  • Work closely with fee earners to prepare for employment tribunals, including compiling evidence, drafting witness statements, and conducting legal research.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, appeals etc

Profile

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role along with having tribunal experience.
