A great opportunity has arisen for a Voids Supervisor to work for a national contractor working within the South Derbyshire area.


The successful Voids Supervisor will be required to have experience working within a repairs and maintenance environment and be able to supervise a team of operatives.

The Voids Supervisor will be required to:

  • Supervise a team of operatives
  • Have knowledge of a Voids and maintenance environment
  • Prioritise and allocate works to optimise available resources
  • Have experience of managing a team
  • Have health and safety knowledge and experience
  • Develop relationships with colleagues and support them with growth targets
  • Be responsible for achieving contract excellence
  • Ensure a high standard of communication is maintained with the client, customers & colleagues
You will be supplied with a van and fuel card.
