Key Account Manager - Anaemia - South London

Our client is a family-owned healthcare company who are specialists in iron therapy with an ambition to empower healthcare professionals to provide optimal care for patients suffering from iron deficiency anaemia.

They are now looking for looking for an innovative Key Account Manager with the experience to be able to bring the value propositions of their products to life for the non-clinical stakeholder.

You will play a pivotal role by increasing patient access to medicines and market share of their lead product, optimising sales and increasing market share.

You will develop and execute strategies and tactics for multiple stakeholders, leveraging the value proposition and supporting material to enhance access to the product. As such you are accountable for leading implementation of opportunities created at local health economy level.

You will work with a talented mix of cross functional employees ensuring brands continue to reach the many hundreds of thousands of people burdened with iron deficiency and iron deficiency anaemia.

Candidate background/experience required:

ABPI qualifiedIdeally experienced working in priority Therapy Areas (Cardiology, Patient Blood Management, Gastroenterology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology) in a sales, market access or account management position and able to demonstrate the ability to make change happen and deliver commercial successExperienced at implementing Market Access strategy in-field, including business cases and formulary submissionsAble to work in a nimble and ambiguous environment with multiple prioritiesAnalytical skills to assess the impact of education activitiesHands-on approach to solving problems Excellent Salary, plus highly competitive bonus and benefits package.
