Page Executive is exclusively supporting an international conglomerate firm in seeking for a seasoned Greater China CFO based in Hong Kong. As part of the senior leadership team, this role supports the Regional CFO and Regional CEO. The organisation is a stable, well established and market leader. The ideal candidate should have worked in a range of different industries as a background and have demonstrated a strong track record in each of their management level positions. This role plays a critical part in shaping a sizeable team to deliver the required statutory requirements and ensuring a best-in-class finance function is in place to achieve the business goals of the organisation.

Job Description

Part of the senior Greater China leadership team in developing and maintaining a strategy is place for the finance teamTake up a visible leadership role in driving all aspect of the financial results of the team and ensure values and mission are aligned at all levelsSafeguard the best interest of the company by ensuring strategy, project deliverable, accounting operation, budgeting, forecast etc are completed in a timely manner with strong controls and compliance indicators in placeWork closely with internal leadership team as a finance business partner and add value to the day to day operation for a financial perspectiveMonitor potential risk areas and identify mitigation strategies promptly Involve in monthly presentation to present organisation updates and regional meetings The Successful Applicant Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplineProfessional Qualification (i.e. HKICPA, CPAA, AICPA, etc)20-25 years of accounting and finance experience with the last 5-8 years in a senior leadership role with a substantial people leadership responsibilityMust be able to demonstrate practical experience in financial analysis and modelling skills complemented by strong commercial acumen with proven ability in interpreting and analysing key business driversA thorough understanding of technical financial accounting and the impact of key accounting policies with significant experience preparing financial statements and reportsOperates with high levels of transparency and integrity, with a good balance of driving financial and commercial impactLanguages in English, Cantonese and Mandarin What's on Offer Long term career development Part of the senior leadership teamOpportunity to add valuable impactTransformation role to make changes
