Hours: 39.5 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4:30pm

What you'll be doing;

Part of a small team covering operating hours to manage incoming calls.

Respond to any telephony queries promptly.

Transfer calls to appropriate departments.

Be able to hit targets and KPIs for example: All external calls answered within 9 seconds 97% of the time and all internal calls answered within 15 seconds 90% of the time.

What we're looking for;

Previous experience of working in a call centre, switchboard or an administrative role

Working knowledge of a telephony system

Good level of skill on Google Suite

Ability to work under pressure

Customer service skills
