Here at Chessington World of Adventures our 2024 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for an Entertainments Production Technician to join the team

You will be responsible for operating a variety of shows independently, setting up various technical equipment including special effects and machines. You will also be responsible with the start-up/shut-down procedures of our stages, hotel entertainment and event specific attractions/shows.

You will work closely with fellow production personnel to help build and deliver our seasonal events, where we program show control systems, build sets, make props, rig lighting and setup audio systems around the park to deliver a high-quality product for our guests.

Fixed term contract to December 2024 working evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays as required.

Qualifications & Experience

We need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver a ROARsome experience to our Guests

An understanding of Technical Theatre Safety standards
Experience operating theatre style shows, following a cue sheet or script accordingly
Experience of working within a theatre or live events environment
Experience operating digital audio consoles and managing mic levels
Good knowledge of one or more relevant entertainment industry technical systems
