Residential Conveyancer


A Conveyancing team near Fareham, Hampshire require an experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage a busy caseload using the latest IT systems and software specifically for property transactions.

This is a very busy role with the requirement of strong time management, planning and operational skills in providing a high quality, fast and efficient client service.

The Residential conveyancer will work across all aspects of Freehold, Leasehold, new build, shared ownership, sales and purchase transactions.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern with 2 days working from home.

Previous experience of running a caseload from instruction through to post completion is essential.

Salary to £45,000
