JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic Assistant SENCO. This is an expansion role and you will work side by side with another Assistant SENCO under the guidance of an experienced and dedicated SENCO. An enthusiastic assistant SENCO is required to join a dynamic, successful and collaborative team. The applicant should be an experienced teacher but we welcome applications from all subject areas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

A Good Honours Degree

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Good leadership skills.

An interest in special educational needs.

A detailed knowledge of the curriculum and its means of delivery

High standards of communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work in a team.

The ability to work towards deadlines.

The ability to motivate students

Highly motivated and enthusiastic.

Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Experience innovating to deliver the curriculum
