We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Teaching Assistant. You would be required to work with pupils in the classroom and possibly individually to assist with learning, safety, behaviour and motivation.

• Have the ability to organise resources under the guidance of the class teacher and initiative to plan next steps in development

• Have good communication and behaviour management skills

• Experienced with supporting children with complex additional learning needs, although not essential
