We are looking for a Returns and Reprocessing Assistant to join our team on a part time or full time working basis:

Roles and ResponsibilitiesFollow guidelines to ensure brand quality is met for all garmentsManage and effectively communicate with team members to reach weekly/monthly targetsManaging steaming/ironing to ensure garmemts meet brand qualityManaging minor repairs on a weekly/monthly basisLiasing with team to manage incoming & outgoing stock deliveresLiaising with team to ensure stock movement is correctly recorded Liaising with team to manage collection/deliveries of non-sellable stockAssiting with monthly sample sale preparations.
