Overview of the role:

Reporting to the Head Chef, you'll be contributing to all aspects of the day-to-day running of the kitchen at the club, including food for the halfway house as well as food served in the clubhouse.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintaining high standards of hygienePreparing the ingredients for a more senior chefMeasuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accuratelyDealing with deliveries and stock rotationEnsuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.Sorting, storing, and distributing ingredients.Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and cooking foodstuffsOrganising linen laundryCleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas in busy periodsAbout you:Takes pride in the work you do and are passionate about delivering the high standards that are associated with the JCB Golf & Country Club.Has an enthusiastic approach to tasks with a can-do attitude.Reliable and likes to ensure every job is completed to the highest of standard consistently and in a timely fashion.Great team player with strong communication skills; you want to be part of a team that works hard and supports each other.Rewards you deserve:
