Job Title: Technical Coordinator

Salary: £27,221

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the department with general administrative tasks
  • Responsible for the Risk & Opportunity Management Systems, JIRA and ARM
  • Responsible person for the Floor Plate which includes managing associated actions and ensuring security processes are adhered to
  • Managing all SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) related activities and actions
  • Processing documents and information received and communicate this effectively to different stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships both internally and externally

Skills and experiences:

Essential

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to analyse and manipulate data
  • Previous experience within an Administrative role

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Project Management Toolsets including JIRA and ARM

The Platform Nuclear Engineering Department team:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the PNED (Platform Nuclear Engineering Department) Team which is a recently established team with future plans for continued growth. Here you will have the opportunity to really get involved in the development of the department and also have the privilege of actually going on site to view the boat. You will also have an opportunity for career progression being supported by the team and management, helping you develop your skills and knowledge.
