A day in the life of a Product Marketing Manager...

The Product Marketing Manager will execute the product strategy and commercial value propositions (incl. new products/services) across all channels based on solid insights on the market. The role will also involve:

  • Review the channel's portfolio performance continuously to understand and suggest possible optimisations, e.g. promotion, pricing, portfolio rationalisation, with support from data & insights and channels.
  • Conduct annual deep dives on market, trends and competitive development for accessories to fuel the local product strategy and marketing plan, in collaboration with Data & Insights.
  • Benchmark local performance with international best practises and local competitive environment.
  • Provide input for monthly sales forecasting of the channel's portfolio, in close cooperation with the Data & Insights and channels.
  • Execute all permanent and non-permanent (IAP) launches in accessories for the channels.
  • Execute the activation (e.g. acquisition, promotion) strategy for the channels Support continuous improvement through conducting pre- and post-evaluations of product launches & themes.
  • Lead multidisciplinary team in the execution of the full launch plan, e.g. kick-off and sign-off meetings, project team meetings. Internal launch activations, e.g. internal activation, in-office communication, internal newsletter, intranet.
  • Create regular reporting for Nespresso HQ and MT (channel aligned) to highlight performance on main KPI's.

    What will make you successful?

    The successful candidate will have a wealth of marketing experience ideally within visual merchandising both in boutique and online. Working for an organisation within leading brands and strong commercial mindset is essential. You will also have:

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research and sales data to drive strategic decision-making.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
