Salary will be pro-rated for Employees working less than 37 hours per week.

East Dunbartonshire Leisure & Culture Trust delivers Leisure and Cultural services on behalf of East Dunbartonshire Council, housing three popular leisure centres - the Leisuredrome in Bishopbriggs, the Allander Leisure Centre in Bearsden, and Kirkintilloch Leisure Centre.

With the ongoing expansion and improvement of our leisure services, we are seeking to hire the following positions to enhance our team at East Dunbartonshire Leisure & Culture Trust:

• 2 x Permanent Part-Time Facility Assistants

Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of Leisure Services facilities.

For all positions:

Employees must be willing to work outside regular hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Successful candidates will undergo Disclosure Scotland checks.

All roles at East Dunbartonshire Council requiring PVG/Disclosure checks are subject to the following criteria:

- Candidates for Regulated Work under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act, 2007, must join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check before finalizing employment with East Dunbartonshire Council.

- Candidates will bear the cost of the check, deducted from their initial salary payment. In some cases, this cost may be deducted in installments post-employment commencement with approval from HR Services Lead.

- Existing council employees applying for roles requiring a PVG/Disclosure check will adhere to these criteria.
