Lunchtime Supervisor

Grade 2, Point 3

8hours 20 minutes per week, term time only. Hours of work 11.45am- 1.25pm everyday

We are seeking to appoint a lunchtime supervisor to work Monday to Friday 11:45am until 1.25pm everyday during term time. To start as soon as possible.

We are looking for someone who:

Enjoys working as part of a team
Engages enthusiastically with pupils at lunchtime in a positive and caring manner
Enjoys working with children
Good communication skills
Is creative, flexible and has a sense of humour
Experience of supporting children in schools (desirable)
Has an ability to maintain good relationships within the school and the wider community
Manages pupils behaviour and reports any positive or negative issues to the class teacher

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting pupils during the lunchtime period
Engaging pupils in play at lunchtime in a positive, caring and enthusiastic manner
Having the ability to work as part of a team
Managing pupils' behaviour
Work as part of a team under the guidance of the Senior Lunchtime Supervisor
You will be required to work between 11.45am and 1:25 each day term time only.
