Contract Type: Locum, Full-time (Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm)

Salary: £25 per hour

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Duty Practitioner (RMN) to join a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing recovery-focused interventions, short-term support, and crisis management services to our clients. This position involves coordinating with colleagues on the duty rota and working within a multidisciplinary team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct specialist mental health assessments and risk assessments.

Develop individualized care plans and risk management strategies.

Provide direct assistance, education, and advice to clients.

Offer emotional and psychological support to promote re-enablement and recovery.

Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Essential Requirements:

Experience working in a community setting.

Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
