We're currently looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Swansea based team, the successful candidate can expect to work within a supportive and friendly environment, receive in depth training and excellent career progression opportunities.

It is likely that the successful Recruitment Consultant will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Some previous recruitment/telesales experience
  • A proven track record in hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • A strong academic record (BSc or equivalent advantageous but not essential)

Typical duties will include:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles
  • Liaising with line managers and directors of companies ranging from family run consultancies through to global multi-disciplinary firms
  • Securing vacancies and building your own portfolio of clients
  • Submitting CV's to roles, arranging interviews and managing the whole recruitment process
  • Preparing high quality adverts
  • Negotiating candidate's employment contracts including salaries, benefits and start dates
  • Hitting daily, weekly and monthly KPI's
