Role and Responsibilities: As a Year 2 Teacher, you will play a vital role in inspiring and educating young minds, helping them to reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum.
  • Creating a stimulating learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning.
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall development of the school.
  • Building positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
  • Keeping up-to-date with educational trends and implementing innovative teaching strategies.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a recognized teaching qualification and relevant certifications.
  • Possess experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Year 2 or a similar age group.
  • Demonstrate a passion for education and a genuine commitment to the holistic development of children.
  • Have a strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Display excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Show enthusiasm, resilience, and adaptability in the face of challenges.
