What is on offer for the Flexographic Printer:
Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week.
This role operates on our 3-shift system, with rotation between mornings, nights, and afternoons.

Morning Shift:
Monday - Thursday , Friday

Afternoon Shift:
Monday - Thursday , Friday

Night Shift:
Monday - Thursday , Friday

Flexographic Printer Responsibilities:
Operate and set up an 8 colour Flexographic Press, adhering to set times and speeds.
Previous experience as a flexographic printer is essential, ideally with knowledge of
Windm ller & H lscher and/or Ofem machines.
Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, colour accuracy, conformance to
specifications, and external defects.
Monitor stocks of materials such as paper, ink, and accessories to ensure a smooth
equipment operation.
Advise on and report any machine issues or problems to the maintenance team.
Collaborate closely with the Operator and Management team to continuously improve
quality, processes, and production efficiencies.

Qualities from Candidate:
Possess a good degree of dexterity to maintain speed during operations.
Demonstrate previous print experience.
Show excellent colour matching skills.
Ability to work effectively based on instructions.
Display good time management skills.
Capability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and practical skills.
Highly quality-conscious and detail-oriented.
Excellent housekeeping skills to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
