We are looking to recruit a Full Time and permanent SENCO to join our successful Academy. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be passionate about engaging and supporting students to reach their full potential. The Teacher SENCO will take day-to-day responsibility for the operation of the SEND policy and coordination of the provision made for individual pupils with SEND, working closely with staff, parents, carers, and other agencies. The Teacher SENCO is to provide related professional guidance to colleagues with the aim of securing high quality teaching for pupils with SEND. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly committed team.
