Safeguarding and Wellbeing Lead

Salary Scale, SO2, point 26

£37,443 per annum paid pro-rata at £32,489 per annum

35 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks)

We are seeking to appoint a Safeguarding and Wellbeing Lead to work as part of our strong Safeguarding and Pastoral team to support students in KS3,4 and 5. The successful candidate will help safeguard students by working with professionals inside and outside of school and building relationships with students and their families.

Ofsted visited us in March 2024 and reported that, 'behaviour is excellent', 'pupils work hard and value their education' and 'staff are proud to work here and feel supported to develop professionally'.
