Social Worker, Adults Project Team

Qualified Social Worker – Adults Project Team

Up to £35 per hour

Short term project – 12 weeks project to bring ACT waiting list down to 1 month by Oct 2024.

Start 1st July 2024 – end 1st Oct 2024 Inside IR35 project £35/hr pay rate – no room for negotiation

Rate Covers all 3 ACT (Adult Community Teams) in Wiltshire (North/East/West) Covers all of Wiltshire county (some out of area work, very limited)

Car driver is essential Aim and objectives: Clear waiting list in ACT teams so no one is waiting over a month for intervention by end of September 2024. Throughput expectations: 3 pieces of work a week including complex work Use LAS/Liquid Logic system LDAS and ACT customer group. Will need to ensure throughput of work is aligned to end date 10 weeks paid taskforce time (extension possibility if complex work outstanding);

x6 qualified Social Workers with Adults experience, minimum 2 years post qualified including: - CHC - MCA/BI - Assessments/SPlanning/Reviews - LD / MH / Older Adults / PD / Carers Working arrangements: Hybrid with expectation of being able to commit to being in Wiltshire 50% of working week for visits and meetings

Minimum compliance requirements:

  • Social Work Qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • DBS Check within 12 months or a DBS registered to the Update Service
