Airport Security Manager

Salary £32,900 per annum

In this role you'll be leading the security team to deliver a safe, compliant and efficient service.
You'll also be responsible for the management of the security team while providing operational
resilience as required.

We'll provide all the operational training required. You'll have experience working in a regulated
environment as you'll be the focal point for the security operation, ensuring adherence to policy,
regulatory compliance and company standards. Alongside this you'll be involved in managing
a roster, implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes and managing risk.

You'll need excellent people management skills and lead by example providing feedback and coaching to ensure that behavioural and operational standards are monitored, maintained and exceeded. You'll be highly organised and work well with others.
