Case handler - Conveyancing Location – Milton Keynes Salary - £23K - £35K - dependent on experience

Our client are growing law firm in Milton Keynes and looking to continue their growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Assistant Conveyancing Case handler in Milton Keynes, working in Sales & Purchase and / or New Build.

Ideally, you will have around at least 12 months experience in a similar role, good knowledge of the Conveyancing process and seeking to advance your career. You will have experience dealing with sale files and sale enquiries, ideally both on freehold and leasehold property and dealing with Completions.

You must be confident in dealing with clients, agents and referrers, by email, phone and face to face, and be looking for a long term career in conveyancing. You will be assisting and learning from experienced Casehandlers.

This will suit someone looking to work for a Firm that gives more of a personal service to their clients. Candidates must have 6-12 months experience in similar role/environment.
