Temporary for 23 months.
This is a 39-week sessional post i.e. working hours will be during school term time plus in-service days.

Days and Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00
To start on the 12th August 2024.

An opportunity has arisen for a temporary (23 months) Senior Business Support Assistant working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, to provide administrative supporting the newly created Equity and Inclusion Education Outreach Service Team. This post will be based within Council Resource. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator, assisting with an interesting and varied range of duties.

This role requires proficient use of Microsoft Office including Excel. Good communication and numeracy skills are required and you should be able to establish good working relationships with all levels of staff and have proven organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload and use your own initiative and have excellent IT skills. You will have a commitment to delivering a high quality of customer service. A high level of flexibility is required as duties may change as the needs of the team changes.

Home/ Hybrid Working Consideration

Job Requirements

Relevant Qualifications
Educated to Higher' level, NC or SVQ level 2 in English and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through relevant experience.
