Contract Scotland has an excellent opportunity for an experienced BIM Manager to join our client in the Coatbridge area. This position promises a challenging and rewarding work environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the integrity and advancement of the business.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Development and management of Federated Model Process Management for company projects, ensuring meticulous version control and data integrity
  • Actively prepare for, contribute to, and assist with Design Development Reviews, Interdisciplinary Checks, and Internal Design Reviews
  • Present approved federated models with confidence and clarity
  • Oversee BIM coordination and the daily management of BIM project data sets and workflows
  • Implement Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Quality Assurance processes before and after submissions, coordinating with both SPL and subcontractors
  • Provide supplementary modelling support to projects as needed
  • Administer BIM federated models within project environments
  • Manage technical engineering deliverables as required
  • Craft high-quality 3D BIM/CAD models and drawings for a diverse client base

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in BIM coordination and management within the construction industry
  • Proficiency in 3D modelling software and an understanding of CAD QA processes
  • Strong communication skills for presenting models and contributing to reviews
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage workflows effectively
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of data integrity
