RG are currently recuitimg for our client in Wythenshawe. This is a full time role only, 8 till 4, Monday to Friday.

Temp to perm contract.

Job Overview

The Workflow Co-Ordinator will manage a complex workflow of a delivery task from cradle to grave.

Using the latest software, co-ordinate the workflow of tasks across functional departments, identifying and solving blockages along the workflow route to achieve optimum success for customer delivery and business continuity.

This will range from work for internal engineers within a mobile, static and dedicated arena, through to third party suppliers, utilising a network of stakeholders to maximise the ease, speed and quality to workflow for the business for billing.

Main Duties

Responsible for the pro-active management of workorders and their end to end journey.
Identification of key blockers within the companies functions, following through to escalation and resolution.
Liaising with all functions to ensure processes are adhered to.
Working within a team with a streamlined and collaborative approach.
Look for business solutions that add value to existing and potential customers.

Work with Customers to support the drive in performance and work with them to establish correct workflows and problem solve.

Review operating practices and suggest improvements where necessary.
Help to resolve any complaints that have been escalated in an efficient and professional manner.
Any other requests deemed as a business need by line management.
What we are looking for

Ability to influence at Operational level.
Excellent verbal, written communication and influencing skills.
Ability to prioritise conflicting demands effectively and work to tight deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Creative and enthusiastic approach.
Competent with all Microsoft Office packages.
Good understanding of Maximo, Click, SAP and/or similar CAFM systems .
Proactive approach to innovation and problem solving.
Relevant industry experience, working within a multi-functional environment.
Ability to organise and prioritise workload .

Good communicator, at all levels, and has the ability to present their case competently and fluently - both verbally and in writing.
