Careers Worcestershire Youth Hub is seeking a dedicated person to join our team

As a Business Admin Apprentice, you'll be the friendly face of our reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. You'll support the daily operations of the Youth Hub, providing essential assistance to young people and contributing to our mission of fostering their career development.

As a Business Admin, your key responsibilities will include greeting and assisting visitors at the reception area, providing administrative support, helping young people access resources and services, managing phone calls, emails and appointments, and collaborating with team members on various projects.

As a training provider, we offer a supportive and inclusive work environment, comprehensive training and mentorship, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a chance to make a real impact in the lives of young people.

The successful candidate will have an enthusiasm for working with young people, have strong communication and organisational skills, have a proactive and positive attitude and hold basic computer skills.
