It's all based on years of ground-breaking research and the succesful AI Software Architect will work closely with hardware architects to help develop and model the next-gen AI accelerator.

Primary responsibilitiesLead the decision making and technical roadmap regarding the AI models and applications to focus on, software stack and compiler workloadDesign the overall system architecture in collaboration with hardware architectsHelp grow the software team in the right directionEssential experienceBSc, MSc or PhD in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or similarMinimum 4+ years in industry as an AI / ML / SW architect, in the domain of specialized hardware platforms and preferably for AI processorsDeep understanding of AI model architectures, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their integration with specialized hardware platformsExperience with tools and libraries for AI model quantization, compression, and optimization to maximize performance on specialized hardwareOptimizing AI model inference pipelines for performance, efficiency, and scalability on hardware acceleratorsHardware-software co-designDesired experienceKnowledge of parallel computing principles and experience with parallel programming models (e.g., MPI, OpenMP) for distributed AI processingWhat's on offer?Competitive base, share options and a growing benefit packageHybrid working (preferably 3+ days on-site per week)Interested?This is a great opportunity for an AI Software Architect.
