A large distribution company in Worcester have HGV Class 1 work available, working either early or late shifts as an HGV Class 1 Driver.

My client is a distributor of General Haulage.

Pay rate:

  • Monday to Friday = £15 to £17 per hour
  • Saturday and Sunday = £16 to £18 per hour

Hours:
Early or Late shifts available

Contract:
Temporary, on-going

The responsibilities of a HGV Class 1 Driver will be:

  • Must be able to work an average of 10-hour shifts with flexible starting times
  • Delivering to retail stores and delivery centres all over the UK
  • Arriving promptly and prepared to swap trailers
  • Occasional nights out will be required

To be successful:

  • Must be competent completing delivery paperwork
  • 2 years Class 1 experience
  • Must be flexible to switch shifts and start times
  • Must have a valid CPC & Digi card
  • Must complete driver assessment and induction before first shift that is paid
  • No more than 6 points for minor offences.
