Chair – CASEW

CASEW is dedicated to empowering communities throughout South Wales. Our mission is to foster collaboration, create a shared vision, and establish a robust infrastructure that positions us at the forefront of Welsh Government initiatives. By consolidating our strengths, we aim to secure sustainable funding and continue delivering impactful services to our region.

As Chair of CASEW, you will play a critical role in transforming our consortium from a collection of independent organisations into a cohesive, powerful entity. Your primary responsibilities will include developing strategic partnerships, leading the narrative to articulate our vision and objectives, negotiating collaborations, and establishing a strategic presence in the region.

We are seeking a candidate with strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, experience in consortium bid-making or similar governance roles, effective communication, and leadership abilities.
