The role

This firm is currently seeking a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their West End, London office.

Real Estate is a core practice area for the firm. You will join a talented team of Solicitors. The Residential Property work they deal with is exceptionally good quality, they deliver a top service and charge well for the work that they do.

The caseload will include but not be limited to; Sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

The team is busy and due to an influx of new work, they are seeking to hire a new Residential Property Solicitor.

You will join a busy, professional, and reputable team that is going from strength to strength.

You will find there are good prospects for progression attached to the role, which can include a route to partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements

You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)You will have had good experience dealing with a broad palette of conveyancing workYou should have first-class communication skillsSalary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background.
