A well-established maintenance provider who are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer working on one of their Healthcare Contracts in West London. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Electrical Maintenance Engineer to their team.

About the role:

We are looking to take on board a strong Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a Healthcare Contract based in West London.

  • Mon-Fri (Days) working 08:00 - 16:00
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • 44,000 + loads of overtime available
  • Company Pension scheme
  • Private Healthcare

Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of an Engineering team
  • PPM's & reactive maintenance.
  • Manging ppm's, logbooks, and compliance.
  • You will be responsible for all the output on the following PPM tasks: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, Lighting, AHUs, FCUs, Plant room checks, etc.

Candidate requirements:

  • The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
  • The ideal candidate would have experience working on Healthcare Contracts
  • Strong building services background
  • LV / HV - desired
