What are we looking for?
Of course it would be great if you have underwriting and Reinsurance experience, but this isn't essential as training and development will be provided.
We would like you to be confident and curious, with the ability to build strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the business. It would be great if you had strong excel skills as you will need to be able to look at data and identify anomalies and opportunities. You will need to be persistent in getting to the root of issues, identifying solutions, gaining consensus and then implementing them.
The main thing is that we want you to have the desire to make a difference and the determination to deliver above expectations.
As an inclusive employer we want to ensure that all candidates feel comfortable and are able to perform at their best during the interview. You'll have the opportunity to let us know of any reasonable adjustment or practical support needed when you apply.
