About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a financial planning analyst to join our finance team as we embark onto our next stage of continued growth.

The role holder is responsible for developing annual and strategic plans to support long-term decision making. The role holder will utilise Business Intelligence (BI) and automation tools to deliver insightful analysis to drive commercial value across the business.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Work with the Regional Operation Managers, Hospital Managers and Management Accounts team to develop and build financial models for each hospital which will be used to generate budget hospital P&Ls
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operational teams to develop budget inputs
  • Identify financial reporting requirements and develop both existing and new Power BI reports
  • Build strong relationships across the business and work collaboratively
  • Develop the 3 Year Plan strategic model

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Fully qualified accountant
  • Previous experience of working within a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills, and comfortable communicating at all levels
  • High level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
