Job Description - Cleaner

Pembrokeshire Learning Centre is looking for a new Caretaker/Cleaner at our base in the Penally.

We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic person who takes pride in their work to join our team.

The role is for 15 hours per week (7.5 hours Caretaker and 7.5 hours Cleaning) during term time.

The main duties will include:

  • To unlock/lock the school daily (Monday to Friday)
  • To be available to unlock/lock the premises for pre-planned visits by contractors during the school holidays
  • The secure and safe operation of the school site.
  • Regular health and safety checks including fire alarm, emergency lights, water hygiene. (Training is available)
  • Basic DIY repairs

Grade 3 - 22,737 for 5 hours per week term time only for 45.8 weeks per annum equating to 2,698.96 pro rata.
