Adults Social Worker, £35ph, Sefton Merseyside
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Social Worker to contribute to the operational delivery of an effective Vulnerable People Service as part of a team responsible for safeguarding, promoting the welfare of and continuously improving outcomes for vulnerable people.

The successful candidate will be managing a complex caseload, delivering high quality assessments and support plans that address the needs of vulnerable people through the commissioning of individual packages of care, whilst managing the reputation of the Council. They will also be expected to oversee the teaching and assessment of social work students carrying out practice learning placements as required. Required to give evidence in court in relation to care proceedings.

Please note we are recruiting for two positions, one based in the North of the borough and one based South of the borough. This will be a 6-month position.

You must have two years' experience have completed your ASYE and be registered with the SWE.
