A local mainstream primary school are currently seeking a full-time, long-term SEND teaching assistant in Smethwick.


This role will be supporting a year 3 boy who is autistic, ADHD and is very defiant from directed, therefore previous experience of 1-to-1 work is compulsory for this position.


The role will be Monday to Friday for the remainder of the academic year and likely into academic year 2024/25.


  • The child is very selfdirected and will be defiant when pushed into doing suggested activities. He is very caring and happy in himself and requires a consistent & resilient 1to1 TA.


To be considered, you will need to be available immediately or with a short notice period and have full UK right to work documentation.

Axcis Education pay on a weekly basis and we offer pay via PAYE & Umbrella.

Standard pay is GBP95.29 minimum per day (umbrella) and is in keeping with the experience of each candidate which joins us.
