Work base: Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay
This is an exciting secondment / fixed term opportunity for a highly motivated individual to support the Estates and Asset Management Team in delivering the Property Management function on a diverse portfolio of assets.
This role will provide financial, technical and administrative support to the Team and also provide project management support functions where the Section is leading on a strategic project. Duties will include, but not be limited to: arranging meetings and taking minutes, where required; a range of financial administrative support tasks; assisting with the co-ordination and compilation of a range of documents relating to the Authority's owned land and buildings; and providing assistance with the management of information on the Authority's asset management database, adding information and uploading documents as required.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent experience; experience of working in a busy office environment; excellent customer service skills; and an understanding of legal and commercial factors and how these apply to the property sector.

We will also consider reduced hours for the right candidate.
The ability to deliver a service through the medium of Welsh is highly desirable.
