You will assist in developing the Council's Anti-Social Behaviour Strategy, Policy, Protocols and Procedures in line with current legislation and review regularly to reflect any changes in legislation.The IndividualYou will have a good knowledge of Housing Legislation, extensive knowledge of anti-social behaviour legislation, experience of partnership and multiagency working , managing and leading teams with extensive knowledge of GDPR legislation and its practical application. You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Office 365, Teams, Excel, Word. You will have excellent communication skills, written and oral, good organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and use own initiative. You will be able to demonstrable leadership skills, effective presentation skills to diverse audiences and the ability to deliver training to internal and external stakeholders. You will be able to attend evening/ weekend meetings, as required.
