The role

Bristol Veterinary School is recruiting a part-time (0.4 FTE) Undergraduate Administrator to support the student administration team with the Undergraduate Veterinary Programmes in the School.

Please note this is a LANGFORD CAMPUS (BS40 5DU) based role

What will you be doing?

Providing administrative support for undergraduate teaching and related activities, from student induction and registration through to graduation. You will be working with the Senior Student Administrator, the Deputy Student Administration Manager and the rest of the student support team, including academic staff holding key roles.

You should apply if

You have excellent customer care skills, are passionate about providing a high level of support to students and be able to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.

You should also have proven organisational and administrative skills, be efficient, adaptable and used to working in a very busy environment. The ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines is also essential.

In addition, you should be experienced in using a range of IT systems (particularly Excel) and able to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
