Home Based Residential Property Solicitor (3+PQE)
Up to £47,000
A well established and growing firm are currently seeking an experienced and motivated residential property solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience to join their firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and leasehold matters.Conduct legal research, draft legal documents and correspondence, and provide clear and concise advice to clients.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professionals within the industry.Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of legal services.Key Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential property law.Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing and related matters.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.IT literate, with experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office.Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.The firm offer a competitive salary, up to 10% bonus and remote working with monthly social events
