Position: Program Director
We are seeking a Program Director to play a pivotal role in our Travel & Transport business line. In this exciting leadership position, you will spearhead the strategic direction and execution of a multitude of programs, driving growth and success for IDEMIA's cutting-edge travel and transport solutions implemented in collaboration with government entities. The future Program Director will own the success of a large-scale government program from start to finish, ensuring it meets all goals and delivers exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relations, acting as IDEMIA's primary point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying new opportunities.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure their compliance with obligations, enabling IDEMIA to execute project tasks effectively.
- Lead IDEMIA's program team, providing direction and support to achieve program objectives while also ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Provide vision and direction to internal and external stakeholders, including key partners and suppliers, to ensure alignment with program goals.
- Monitor program performance through KPIs, conduct risk management activities, and collaborate with technical project managers to identify and address issues or risks.
- Manage the Program Profit and Loss, forecast revenue and invoicing, and reinforce adherence to contract terms and conditions.
Requirements for Success:
You will guarantee your success if you have: - A proven experience managing large and complex technical programs.
A desire to face customers, identify and upsell business opportunities.
Experience in the aviation industry.
Managed the financial side of the project.
Please note that for this role, you must hold UK HO SC clearance to be eligible.
