We are now seeking somebody to help lead our SEND provision at Royds Hall, to provide exceptional levels of support and achievement. Our ideal candidate will be someone with a keen interest in ensuring that all pupils, regardless of need are able to be successful young people and leave school with a wide range of experiences and success it all its forms. You should have a good understanding of how to support colleagues, to get the best out of all children and young people. You willlead special education needs across the school and advise members of staff on how to get the best out of children with additional needs. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the quality of provision for pupils across a group of schools and change lives for the better.

The ideal candidate will:
