They have extensive experience in social media marketing specialized in social campaigns. From campaign strategy, set up and development, campaign management, and reporting, this role has it all. They will work in a flexible work environment, with global colleagues across functions to apply real-time learnings to elevate UL's position as a thought leader, contribute to the sales pipeline and improve channel performance.
As a senior paid social specialist, you will:
Social listening and employee advocacy experience is a must.
- Develop & advise social media strategy to achieve KPIs: contact acquisition, demand generation and brand awareness
- Develop and execute social campaigns on major social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn (+Twitter & Facebook) but also including regional platforms
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, analyze and optimize all social media campaigns to increase efficiency
- Data-management: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integrations and marketing automation is optimized and utilized to its full value
- Innovate: Coordinate continuous A/B testing, implement results and share key takeaways with the wider organization.
- Act as an ambassador for the social media function across the business, helping stakeholders to realize its full value. You will monitor social media trends and apply findings to improve performance.
- Proactively advise and consult on content best practices with content creators (this role does not include content creation only consultancy)
- BS/BA degree (preferably in a liberal arts discipline, advertising, or marketing), or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in social media planning and optimization
- At least 2 years of experience developing, executing and optimizing campaigns for LinkedIn
- Experience in translating numbers into actionable insights
- General knowledge of company policies and sales processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to read, write and communicate professionally in English. (English fluency is a must)
