Pertemps are recruiting for qualified and experienced Adult Social Workers to join the Community Team. The postholder will assist the Team Manager in providing high quality services to people, families, and carers in accordance with relevant legislation and policy. They will operate as the senior professional within the team and deputise for the Team Manager in their absence as appropriate.

The role involves 1:1s, case direction, managing weekly duty, authorising Care Act assessments, reviews, safeguarding as responsible manager and managing performance.
