Are you an experienced Chef or Sous Chef looking for your next challenge? We are now on the hunt for an amazing Chef to join our business and help us deliver exceptional food service to our guests. The role of the Relief Chef will encompass periods of short-term cover within our kitchens across the McMullen's estate.

The role will require: Covering Head Chef / Sous Chef holidaysSupporting businesses whilst they are recruiting for ChefsWorking throughout McMullen's concepts from Destination to Your Friendly Locals, delivering the food concept to Company standard and exceeding guest expectationsAll aspects of food stock control including ordering, deliveries, stock taking and control of wastageAll aspects of Food Safety and Health and Safety compliance in accordance with the law and Company policy
If you have the ability to remain calm under pressure, can be flexible and amenable, and are comfortable working with a range of food menus then this could be the role for you.
